  • Design and production of an annual report to show progress made across 28 government departments in adopting a customer-centric, IT-driven approach to delivering better services to the UK ‘citizen’
  • Liaison with cross-government departments, photography and copywriting of 84pp hard copy; creation of charts & tables to portray complex data; design style & AAA compliance for online version of the report
