  • Updating design and language of NHS claim forms, including prescription forms, to reduce inaccurately completed forms (often blamed on complexity of language) and major rise in fraud/forgery
  • Research, structure & design 8 versions of the main FP10 prescription form (including versions for dental, optical, etc); simplification of language, tone of voice; creation of anti-fraud design for UV security printing
